Payment Details

Membership Fees I understand that my membership fees are due upon acceptance and that my membership will automatically renew at the end of each one-year period, subject to the approval of Chez Margaux. Membership fees and initiation dues are non-refundable.

Sales Tax & Processing Fee I understand that applicable sales tax will be added to the membership fees as shown on my official invoice.

Rules and Policies By submitting this application, I signify that I agree to be bound by the Club Etiquette terms, which are subject to change from time to time at Chez Margaux's sole discretion.

Private Bank Wire

To ensure the highest level of financial security and privacy for our members, Chez Margaux processes all membership initiations exclusively via bank wire transfer.

Upon submitting your details, our Membership Committee will review your application, and a dedicated concierge will contact you via email within 24 hours with secure wire instructions and your official invoice.

Refund Policy By signing below, I acknowledge and agree that all membership payments and initiation fees are non-refundable. While Chez Margaux permits members to cancel their membership at any time, cancellation does not entitle me to a refund for the remaining membership period. Chez Margaux reserves the right to cancel and revoke memberships at its discretion, at any time, and without providing a refund. I further acknowledge that, in the event my membership is revoked, initiation fees will not be refunded, and any potential refund of membership dues will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

If your application is accepted, initiation fees and annual dues are settled via private bank wire transfer in accordance with the wire instructions provided by your dedicated concierge. Your membership will run from the first day of the Club's opening for a period of 12 months. Your registration will automatically renew from this date after one calendar year, subject to approval by Margaux.
